We have more than 20 different material formulas for the sealing parts. In order to adapt to different compressor working conditions, we choose main matrix materials PTFE from Japanese Daikin or PEEK from British Victrex filled with glass fiber, carbon fiber or AC whiskers, etc. and a small amount of rare earth materials according to different material formulas. Afterwards, we will sinter the mixed materials into shape for the further productions.
Our factory design the sealing rings and sealing assembly with Non metallic material for different gas environments from clean gas to harsh working conditions. Our products have a long service life and high cost-effectiveness. They are excellent substitute for imported products.
